Whats the examination like, I heard you have to pass 2 or 3 stages and that too in US only. Could one appear from India only?

you can appear in usa canada australia newzealand and england only. not in india. currently u have to pass 4 tests to become a vet doctor in usa/canada.
1 IELTS...........ENGLISH TEST
2 BCSE...........BASIC SC. TEST
3 CPE.........CLINICAL PRACTICE TEST
4 NAVLE.........WRITTEN VET TEST

Hi,
Could you please elaborate the syllabus or other information regarding the BCSC, NAVLE, and CPE testing.
Also what would be the best center to choose or in other words the most economical for a student from India

all exams basically cover the entire sylabus of bvsc course in india. but u sh'd be very thorough in diagnosis especially in dogs and cats. detailed sylabus availaible at nbvme site.

regarding most economical centre to appear...it depends on visa fee of country, to and fro air ticket and ur stay in hotel or at ur friend/relative. and ur stay and food is very expensive in foreign countries especially in hotels. so i w'd suggest go there where u have friend / relative.

NAVLE test consists of 360 multiple choice questions. six sets of 60 questions each. time alloted is 65 min for each section. it is a computer based test held at prometric test centres in usa, canada. u get some break time between different sets.
